Join thousands of creatives in our global community

This weeks been pretty quiet in the office what with quite a few of the staff still on their travels to search for the best opportunities for the site and our dedicated users. That’s not to say it’s been quiet on the site though, with projects coming through every day and the quality getting better and better. This week though, it’s been all about remixes and more rapid turnovers on high-budgeted projects. Oh and some sync licensing too…

Quick Turnover – High Budget

We had another 24-hour turnover project yesterday with a £5000 budget.

The project titled, URGENT – Girl Power Pop Song Needed for “Make Up For Ever” – 5K Budget, was search a Sync License project searching for a high-energy, catchy girl powered song for advertisement purposes. We sent a newsletter out a couple of weeks ago with top tips on how to handle these sorts of projects so keep an eye out for more projects and more tips coming your way!

Remix Success

We sent out a Case Study to users yesterday talking about rising independent record-label Triple Pop’s remix project success through the site. They found UK producer Still through Music Gateway who went on to remix multiple GRAMMY nominated Kasey Musgrave’s newest track ‘See You Again’.

“Using Music Gateway was great. Lots of great talented remixers/electronic artists, professional introductions and good communications. The remixer we chose “Still” did a great job remixing “See You Again” and we’re very happy with it.  ??I’ve gone through about a half dozen remixes with other artists in the past and his was the best to date. I found Music Gateway to be a fantastic resource for finding remixers and I’ll be using the site again for sure.”

The Global Music Awards is an award ceremony held to honour new music and emerging artists. The prestigious Global Music Awards are recognized by industry insiders to give legitimacy to outstanding artists.

We’re working with the Global Music Awards for their next award ceremony. All winners will not only attain an award but they will now also get a year’s Pro Level account on Music Gateway. This is the perfect opportunity for up and coming artists to get their music recognized by professional industry insiders.
