We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller looking for a career to join this dynamic, fast-moving, venture based in Kings Cross, London.

The Financial Controller will be responsible for a wide range of key duties, including: consolidating the UK monthly management information packs, multiple currency cashflow forecasts, reviewing and analysing costs and various non-financial information, and improving the reporting tools and processes.


  • In the role of Financial Controller you will support the Head of Finance and team with the delivery of Budget, Actuals and forecast across ICE, the development of planning and reporting systems that integrate efficiently with other areas of Finance and the wider business, and the delivery of long term financial plans.
  • The Financial Controller be responsible for preparation of monthly reporting packs for key stakeholders, including monthly multi-currency cashflow forecasts. They will also assist in preparation for the quarterly forecasts and the annual budget across the ICE Hub for Board level approval.
  • The Financial Controller will lead the internal and external year end audits which may include coordinating any external audit assistance with third party suppliers.
  • They will also provide support and input into the design, testing and implementation process of system improvements and support change initiatives throughout the business.
  • They will be play an active role in risk identification and management, providing decision support on process improvements substantiated with relevant analysis and evidence.


  • The ideal candidate must be fully qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or obtain an equivalent accountancy qualification.
  • They will have strong knowledge of the UK statutory GAAP and desirably IFRS/US GAAP knowledge.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience engaging with key stakeholders and experience in the use of accounting systems such as, Cognos BI, SAP and any financial consolidation tools would also be highly advantageous.

BNDR Music, based in London (W11) is hiring for a Marketing Manager.


  • Compiling and Implementing Artist Marketing Campaigns
  • Manage the day to day relationship with artist/managers
  • Liaising with Online PR’s, National Press and Radio Pluggers
  • Compiling Marketing Reports
  • Working closely with A&R’s and General Manager to schedule release roll outs
  • Pitching to DSP’s for playlist and editorial support
  • Ensuring creative assets are delivered on time


  • Minimum of 2 years leading artist specific marketing campaigns in a record label environment.
  • A solid understanding of the music industry, marketing trends and digital innovations.
  • Working with PR’s and Radio Pluggers
  • Working closely with DSP’s and preferably pitching for playlist support
  • A strong understanding of the release set up and roll out process
  • Working with creatives (photographers, video directors, artwork etc)

UK-based independent music company FutureKind are looking for an experienced Product Manager to work in their London office (Hammersmith) across the FutureKind Records roster.

The position will suit someone at senior level, who has ambitions to evolve into a GM in the coming 3 years.


  • The successful applicant must have a minimum of 5+ years experience in a Product Management or Marketing role within the music industry.
  • They should be adept in both the domestic and International music marketing landscapes, coupled with a broad and eclectic taste in all commercial music genres.
  • They will have hands-on campaign expertise and a strong passion for music related promotions and marketing.
  • They will be data literate and have experience working across digital and traditional marketing.
  • They will be comfortable working with both UK and international promotions teams and distributors, as well as working closely with artists, management and other team members.
  • An extensive base of music industry contacts and relationships is essential.
  • Great communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are essential. An eye and ear for tomorrows trends is absolutely paramount.
  • Working with Digital and Physical Sales and Distribution teams on commercial sales targets and performance – securing visibility in physical stores, as well as digital and streaming retail platforms.

Salary dependant on experience.
