You’ll be responsible for defining and realizing the communication strategy for all Red Bull Freestyle Rap projects and programs throughout the year, including semi-final and national final events across all the markets hosting the competition program.
Furthermore, you’ll make sure we have an always-on conversation with both loyal and new audiences across the territories.
You’ll coordinate and manage this team, which includes specialized freelancers and agencies, and take charge on team staffing and other project tasks across social media, content etc.
Setting quality precedent throughout the organization, delivering best practice examples to improve the performance of local markets, supporting the Advertising team in identifying the right protagonists and storylines to best reflect our programs and initiatives and ensuring the right positioning of freestyle rap competitions in our music audience plan will be part of your role as well.
You’ll use your understanding of content consumption behaviour, content engagement and consumer retention to guide our content distribution and marketing strategy from concept/treatment phase to production to exploring commercial and licensing opportunities.
You’ll coordinate and manage communication of global Freestyle Rap projects. You’ll set the global communications strategy of all Freestyle Rap projects as a whole, with a differentiated plan for Hispanic markets.
Moreover, you’ll plan and support the launch of projects in new markets and languages, create and distribute content in collaboration with different departments, define global benchmarks for our media strategy and analyse our media outcome.
You’ll support national Communications Manager with the overall communication strategy and country adaptions. Guiding, enabling and mentoring countries on their strategies, content creations, distribution and international relevant projects will be another aspect of your role.
