SENIOR A&R (AU)

Are you a well-connected Senior A&R with proven experience of crafting brilliant records, a first-class network of songwriters and producers, and a true believer in the art of a song or album?

Sony Music Australia have an opportunity for an ambitious, creative, influential A&R, looking to work closely with artists, producers and songwriters to create genuinely great records, reporting to the VP of A&R for Australia & New Zealand.

You will have previous experience in making accomplished records from start to finish, and building cohesive creative teams.  Also acting as a mentor and manager to the existing Sony Music Australia A&R team, you’ll be passionate about developing the new generation of A&R talent.

The successful candidate will be well connected globally, so we’re interested in speaking with candidates who are open to relocating to Australia (relocation package is included, sunscreen is not).
