BILINGUAL ARTIST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (UK)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum 1-year customer service-related experience

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS:

• Answer all artist and customer enquiries via email/telephone regarding accounts, album sign-ups and orders
• Respond to all incoming calls/emails directing them to the appropriate stakeholders within the organisation
• Accurately complete data entry and enter new prospects/clients into computer systems
• Ent​_er transactions into computer systems which will generate mailings to prospects/clients
• Follow proper security guidelines to ensure safety procedures are followed according to company policies at all times
• Other ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and courteous telephone manner
• Proficient computer skills / accurate typing skills of 30-40 wpm minimum
• Team player with the ability to multitask and work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• Responsible, organized and calm under pressure
• Good punctuality with flexible approach to working hours
• Copyright and music publishing knowledge a plus
• Level of knowledge about Artist & Customer related issues & questions
• Ongoing learning about CD Baby, Music Industry, and Artist and Customer issues
• Bilingual: English required + one (or more) of German, French, Italian, Spanish

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree or equivalent required
