We are looking for an Associate Contracts Manager to support Amazon Music’s growing businesses. You will work with our digital music team in the UK and in the EU on all aspects of their businesses, and in particular on our music streaming services (e.g. Amazon Music Unlimited and Prime Music).

The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect the Music team or other related businesses.

Your responsibilities will include working with the business to review marketing assets and other customer-facing messaging; negotiating and drafting a variety of third party contractual relationships, including marketing agreements, master services agreements, content license agreements and NDAs; developing internal processes to track transactions from beginning to end; and coordinating with business clients and legal teams.

This position will be based in London.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience as a contracts manager or similar office experience
  • Experience working with third party contractual relationships

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous in-house legal experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in German, French, Italian or Spanish is a plus but not required
