The Music Operations team is seeking an operational support coordinator to assist with business insights and reporting. You are a motivated, solutions oriented problem solver who is accustomed to working in fast-paced environment and on multiple projects. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about popular culture, bring a positive energy to the work environment and are inspired by music.

  • Provide support in the delivery of weekly performance reports for music content
  • Provide daily insights and regular reporting to the Music Team to inform on music performance and the overall ecosystem
  • Improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes and explore new methodologies to further innovate workflow
  • Liaise with Data and Business Development teams to ensure accuracy with reporting and data integrity
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates
  • Monitor in-app trends and data sources
  • Manage the ongoing data requests for our music industry partners
  • Develop and use internal reporting tools to identify trending songs and evaluate the performance of programmed music.
  • Provide operational support for music partnerships teams
  • Explore the use of external data sources to identify new features and improvement opportunities
  • Compile song performance data

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA or BS degree
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, intermediate data querying skills using SQL or similar methods
  • Experience working with data, including troubleshooting data issues
  • Ability to handle high volume of data with accurate execution
  • 2-3+ years of working in a project management or product operations
  • A strong knowledge of TikTok
  • You are passionate about music
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships externally and internally.
  • Comfortable with and passionate about data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment
  • Experience using Nielsen Connect, Spotify for Artists, or related music analytics platforms
