MARKETING COORDINATOR
The Coordinator, Marketing and Creative coordinator will support the team and help with marketing, digital and creative best practices for all artist campaigns.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE:
- Maintaining artist one-sheets with up-to-date information
- Pulling weekly consumption reports for artists’ teams
- Publishing project meeting agendas and recap notes
- Liaise between the internal team and outside parties to schedule meetings
- Hit tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
- Contribute creative ideas to project brainstorming sessions
- Gather all tools and assets for upcoming releases; uploaded to appropriate EX1 databases
- Create sales reports and marketing updates; utilize sales and chart info to make comprehensive sales analysis
- Liaise with domestic and international affiliates to ensure all scheduling/requests are in place
- Help maintain artist requests (domestic and international) and liaise with appropriate internal / external teams
- Liaise with artist managers, departments and affiliates on various requests
- Attend all label meetings; take notes when necessary
- Coordinate general admin requests for the marketing department
- Suggesting engaging marketing copy on label and artist socials for approval
- Crafting and preparing social messaging calendars for approval
- Pulling analytics reporting for internal use
- Competitive digital marketing strategy research and reporting
- Coordinating conference calls and meetings
- Distributing approved marketing materials, features and assets digitally to internal and external teams
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials (pseudo videos, banners, social assets, etc.)
- Regularly update video metadata—YouTube channels and videos
- Communicate priorities with team that handles artist socials to ensure proper coverage
- Assist in prepping and setting up mail newsletters for distribution around announcements and key dates

- Ability to handle confidential information and interact with high-level executives
- Able to problem solve and come up with solutions quickly and calmly
- Ability to exercise time management within a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, KeyNote, Google Docs and creative software
- Adobe Photoshop, in-Design, Dreamweaver and Final Cut software experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of the music industry (i.e. social platforms, music platforms)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to handle confidential information and interact with high-level executives
- 1+ years of relevant experience in music, marketing or creative
