Carldereims

Bio

Hailing from the UK, Carl Moss - who now works under the umbrella name Carldereims - (AKA Carl MOSES via IMDB) is an eclectic Songwriter and new BASCA member who worked formerly as a successful Brighton Club DJ stroke Concert Promoter. His Blues joint, The Catfish Club, ran an incredible 16-year tenure in the edgy UK Seafront Town. His most notable concerts featured the late great Etta James, The Original Five Blind Boys of Alabama & Anne Peebles, which earned him a Brighton Festival Radio Award.

As a Recording Artist, he was briefly signed with major label Arista Records in 1993-1994 with the Holy Show; releasing just one single before Arista UK went under. He followed suit by becoming a Rock Presenter at Meridian TV, where he earned respect as a credited reporter and presenter for shows such as The Loop, The Pier & Access All Areas.

Although he got to interview many great acts, like Inspiral Carpets, PWEI, The Charlatans, Urban Species, Mica Paris, Suede, Gene, Galliano and Chumbawamba among many more...legendary reggae producer Lee Scratch Perry was his favourite.

Carl, composed the soundtrack to US Motorcross documentary, TGO: THE CONSTANT WAR, by No Fear Films, and currently collaborates with many artists, and composes daily. He has a publishing deal with Horus Publishing (UK) and is also currently working on a project with The Animal Farm record producers Ville & Mat Lepannen, who are located at the hip Biscuit Factory building in Bermondsey, London. So far, the project has yielded one fully produced track (penned by Carldereims) called NEW DATE; which is also performed by the Lepannen brother's.
