Dan Barracuda is a producer, composer, mixing engineer, session guitarist, and film score composer from NYC. Dan has collaborated with artists and producers from a wide variety of genres including Rock, Folk, Hip Hop, Electronic, and World Music. He is also passionate about audio engineering, regularly providing his recording and mixing services to artists. Dan is also the co-founder of Ian & Dan, a live music duo that performs for corporate events, weddings & private parties (iandanmusic.com).
Over the past 14 years, he has created over 3,000 song ideas and riffs on guitar, piano, bass, and vocals. Some of these ideas turn into either full-produced songs on his albums, scores for a film, or short video clips that he shares with his followers. As a multi-instrumentalist, he also loves composing instrumental & vocal parts for other artists, mixing & editing for other bands, and teaching music. Above all else, Dan seeks to engage with his listeners and share all the musical ideas that have been circulating in his head for the past 14 years.
