During the 1970’s the record division RKM produced international smash hits such as Ça plane pour moi, Jungle Fever, Disco Samba, and artists such as Chakachas, Plastic Bertrand, Telex, Two Man Sound, Lou, Jimmy Frey, and Ann Christy. Co-produced Abracadabra with Stig Anderson and Alain Boublil.
Throughout the 1970’s and 80’s, was active in defending professional interests through lobbying as President of the Belgian Publisher’s association and a European Association of selling at a distance. Was elected to be an expert consultant for the media unit of DG Competition of the European Commission. Member of Sabam–Sacem–BumaStemra /SCPP/CSDEM.
