Born in 1994, Kiey grew up listening to and loving US-UK Pop music. Now becoming an independent artist which controls every aspect of his music- from lyrics to production, he mainly explores the concept of love, desire and loneliness. Through the debut album “Night To Myself” which opens with the funky “Drunk Black Cat”, Kiey hopes to paint the listening experience a solitary black. Pop singers that Kiey admires include Lana Del Rey, Britney Spears, Utada Hikaru, Bjork Madonna and Michael Jackson. Together, they helped shaping Kiey’s own soundscape: a marriage between the melancholic melodies and the heavy beats of the dance-floor.
