Acoustic/Rock Songwriter Looking for Act to Collaborate With

Hello,  I am a guitarist and songwriter based out of New Haven, CT in the States. I founded the alternative rock band Chaser Eight and that has been my primary musical pursuit for the last few years (https://www.chasereight.com/). Now, I have turned my attention to writing. I am looking to work with an artist or band to help provide them with some quality songs for their repertoire. Ultimately I would like to work with a publisher but since I am just starting out as a writer I would like to work directly with an artist to get my foot in the door.

I own all of the rights to this material and can write in this style and others. Below a are a few song demos that I have. It it in the acoustic-rock or light-rock genre. Think The Lumineers, John Matyer, Jason Isbell, Mumford & Sons, etc.  I am only interested in working with driven, talented people that wish to further their career.
