Looking for a manager

I am an R&B singer based out of atlanta searching for a professional and serious manager. Ive recently had to fire my last manager simply due to the lack of effort and seriousness. Im looking for someone who can actually help me progress as an artist and help set up new opportunities for me. I am a hard worker and very determined and im just looking for the extra help to take me to the next level. I have my own studio in house, my own engineer, and a few producers i work with.
