About the Artist Singer-Songwriter, and Music Producer Baker Brandish Background Baker Brandish whose birth name is Garfield Baker, was born and raised in Quarry Hill, near Lime Tree Groove and Bernard Lodge, in Spanish Town, St. Catherine. Discography Baker Brandish's love for music was from a tender age; he used to dance and try DJ clash against his cousins; playing around, he developed a little passion for singing. Hearing Bob Marley, Wayne Wonder, Dennis Brown, Garnet Silk, and many other international artists, he used to sing along in admiration, never thinking that he would grow to be talented enough to be acknowledged both outside and in his community. His first Radio Station was with Suncity Radio. He had his song played on the Radio, titled: Forever For Life. Baker Brandish wrote a song titled: Jamaica Is Where I'm From, describing the Island, which he submitted to the JCDC Reggae Festival. Baker Brandish's first recording was done after High School in 2009 at a home Studio, where he did his first collaboration with a female artist named Taj King, titled: Black Woman, at Power House Studio by Power House Music Production Label
