Náni

Náni is a little bit rock, a little bit soul and blues, all spiced with a lot of feeling! Náni wrote several songs for the album YOU AND I, which was released 27th of May 2003. Several of the songs are written by Janne Hyöty, who also produced all of the songs on the album. Slow Burn was co-produced with Mike Estes, known from Skinny Molly, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Brave New South. Mike Estes wrote two songs for the album together with Barton “Rok” Campbell, the songs "Slow Burn" and "He needs me". The song "Beautiful Day" is written by Jens Rugsted, who had several hits with the Danish artist Sanne Salomonsen. Náni always loved the song "Rock Steady" written by Aretha Franklin, although this one leans more to the Patti Austin version, which just rocks. Gotta love the guitars! Rock Steady was mixed by Mike Estes and Janne Hyöty.
