About Hannah Brewer
Hannah Brewer is a 21-year old artist and writer hailing from Sydney’s inner-west. Growing up in a family of classically trained musicians, she was exposed to a range of instruments and musical genres from a young age, playing the trumpet, guitar, French horn, keys and a brief unfortunate stint at drums. She has been around the Sydney songwriting circuit for a while now, writing with artists such as Hanni, Lola Scott, LANKS, Thomas Porter and Ukiyo amongst others. Her single ‘The Pirate Song’ marks her evolution and debut as a skilled storyteller with tongue-in-cheek lyrics that help express otherwise harder to stomach topics of conversation. Taking cues from a wide-array of influences such as Radiohead, Lily Allen, Phoebe Bridgers, Johnny Cash, Foster the People and Rina Sawayama.
