Jesurun Murray aka King J-mUziK is a Music Producer from Sarasota, Florida. Jay Music stems from his childhood name given to him by his customers. He later changed that name to King J-mUziK after having an in depth talk with his mentor and friend Grand Hustle Records (Hustle Gang) Co-Founder, Jason Geter. King J-mUziK always has a passion and enthusiasm for music.
After graduating from Center Academy he attended Full Sail where he studied Audio Engineering, then South Carolina State University where he studied Music Industry and met Tyrone McCollum (Thee 9th Warrior), and Allen University where he studied Music Theory. While at Allen University, he gained his first track placement on Power 105.1’s co-host Charlamagne Tha God’s album “South Crack” the album. Finally graduated from Omni Technical Institute where he finished with a degree in Computer Science and Audio Engineering. There through a close friend King J-mUziK gained the attention as well as produced for Hustle Gang artist, Macboney who discovered him and introduced him to T.I. and Jason Geter.
King J-mUziK has worked with artist such as: Macboney (Hustle Gang artist), Mitchellel (Hustle Gang artist), Plies (Big Gates Records artist), Yung Joc (RCA artist), Glasses Malone (former Cash Money Records artist), Crooked-I (former Slaughter House artist), DJ Drama, DJ Khaled (We The Best C.E.O.), and many more. He was dubbed “The Next Up” by Grammy-Award Winning and mentor as well as friend, DJ Toomp; King J-mUziK gradually established himself as the best and most successful music producer in his city. King J-mUziK has been actively helping the community through the Youth United for Success Mentoring Outreach Program, assisting the program with troubled youth in Sarasota County.
Tyrone McCollum aka Thee 9th Warrior is a upcoming Entertainment Business Mogul from the Washington, DC area. His musical journey began in Church tapping on the keys of the piano until picking up his Grandmother's Saxophone in the band at Drew Freeman Middle School. He continued to grow as a musician in Prince George's Co only Visual and Performing Arts Music Program at Suitland High School. During his years at Suitland HS he studied Music Theory, took Saxophone lessons, and performed in the school Jazz Band, Concert Band, and Pep Band. Also during this time, he was active at DJ Promotional Parties where he met Recording Artists like Tyrese, Tamia, Tatyana Ali, Melba Moore, and performing with local bands.
Being around such a great atmosphere, Tyrone decided to attend South Carolina State University where he studied Music Industry and performed in the Marching 101 Band. While at SCSU, he met J-mUziK and formed a powerful friendship. Thereafter, Tyrone attended Full Sail University earning a Masters Degree in Entertainment Business. Thee 9th Warrior is active today as a Cinematographer, Videographer, Editor, Arranger, Music Producer, Film Composer, and Music Business Consultant.
On August 7, 2017, King J-mUziK and Thee 9th Warrior started the Music Production and Publishing Company - Imperial Force, LLC. This joint venture combined the Powerhouse Music Production of King J-mUziK, and the World-Class Entertainment Business knowledge of Thee 9th Warrior to bring to You the World’s next smash hit Song/Album.
